We are currently seeking a Business Office Manager to help us deliver exceptional resident care in the west end of Richmond.  This person will be responsible for the community’s accounts payable, resident billing and accounts receivable, and will supervise one assistant.

Qualifications

  • Experience with private pay and Medicare billing using computerized systems.
  • 5+ years’ experience with accounts payable, receivable, and/or bookkeeping.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, relevant accounting and billing software, and ability to master new software programs.  Experience with Advanced Answers on Demand Software is a plus. 
  • Strong customer service and problem solving skills and ability to resolve issues.
